For most of the HA/CIs, all you need to do it to turn on its t-mode. Hai can connect to your audio source (e.g., mobile phone, laptop) with Bluetooth. And, then, Hai transmits the high-quality audio to your hearing aids in T-mode. For more info please check our Usage section.

The streamers produced by the hearing aid/cochlear implant brands (e.g. Phonak Compilot) use customized digital signal to transmit audio to their devices only. For those who wear different brands, which are not in business alliance, HA/CI on each side, they cannot listen to music for both ears. Those streamers also fail to satisfy the need of single-sided HA/CI users. Indeed, some hearing aids are coming with built-in Bluetooth; however, for those who wear different brands, which are not in the same business alliance, HA/CI on each side, they cannot listen to music for both ears. Those hearing aids also fail to satisfy the need of single-sided HA/CI users. Addtionally, most of the hearing aids with Bluetooth can only connect to iOS, which means the users are not able to connect them to their laptops, tablets, and even their players such as Swithc.
